At the moment, I'm surviving on melatonin and evergy drinks. Had some tough nights, but am pulling through ok. Need to get my o2 sorted, but having to deal with insurance companies for the first time... No positve results for me , only negative side effects . Mainly shortterm memory and disorientation . Doppymax for me . I would have dealt/ accepted those side effects if there was a positive pay off . Everybody is different  . You have to rule it in or rule it out as a helpful med .
