Hello! Let's see... what to tell!
My name is Jeannie. I am a retired (thanks hubby) ER RN. My husband is an ER Physician and Medical Director.
I recently found out I am falling apart. LOL I am trying to take it lightly, just because, what else can you do, let it drive you crazy?
I found out I had adrenal adenomas. My labs were all over the place. Had an MRI of my pituitary, because my labs showed possible pit tumor. MRI was negative, currently getting second opinion. Labs are showing pit failure with possible hypothalamus involvement.
I can in no way relate to your cluster headaches. I do have migraines and severe hyperhidrosis from my hypothalamus mess. But they do not compare in any way to what most of you experience.
I met Ike on Xbox. He and Tam are my COD buds! Great people. I came here to support him and to see if I can find a shoulder or two to lean on when I feel like falling apart.
Thanks for the invite to this forum! I will go have a look around now!
Ok, I just have to post this little emoticon, because he is TOO cool!

I am sorry about the mess that you are going through, that does not sound like any fun at all. Stupid hypothalmuses..
Anyways, welcome!

Hello Jeannie and welcome
Sorry to hear you are suffering from adrenal problems. Although different but I think CHers often have adrenal burn outs too. This can affect a lot of things and can really drive ones health to the brink.
Hope your days have been bright |
