Today is 7 days pain free . I still have no meds and rely heavily (solely) on meditations and prayer . Rev . Bob continues to heal me through prayer . I'm not sure what is helping , so I try and get up and repeat the same meditations daily . I cannot question if Rev . Bob has helped or not . Nor can I doubt . Anyone willing to try anything must keep an open mind and monitor changes only . I'm still hoping I become episodic . Actually , I hope to be done with the beast for good . Ike , I hope and pray for you to recieve more pf days . Verapamil at high doses can be tough , if not fatal at times . I pray for all of you in the cch.co.uk family every day . My thoughts are with you all and you're all always in my heart . I try to stay off the computer as much as possible . Pf days offer too many things to catch up on and experience / reexperience . I remain a family member ( I think ) . Painfree wishes for all .         phil h  :smt104

That's amazing Phil. Whatever works for you, I say. It's not for any one here to question or judge.

I only wish I had a faith as strong as you. It's very admirable.

Keep us updated. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that your chronic days are over.

Em
