Let's see . I've texted , called and sent email .  Otherwise got trigger points today and my new alternative med and ok tonight . A bunch of 10's , got someone to drive me to Md ..... came home k-9 2 hrs later , than went with alternative medicine . PF right now . Depressed and sick of rain . I'm going to suck it up and go hear someone play at a club for a bit . Cabin fever ! Ike , I'll call you Sunday night . Sherri , I'll keep trying .

It stopped rainning , off to a morning meeting ! The kids played a nice set last night at a club . They were good . I caught the whole set , my son was pleased I came !

I have a bad cold, and feel horrible. John is terrified to come near me he thinks I have the swine flu. He's making me paranoid.
But, Im wondering now too...

Phil thats really Good you saw Jamie play but suck about the head, You know us we wont let you go underground. Im sorry your hurting, How much busting are you doing ? Maybe smaller amounts but more offten ?
A friend of mine does very small amounts 3times a day for 2weeks and 2weeks off and repeat if needed, He is episodic though.
Sherri i hope it's not swine get some lemsip or cold and flu stuff, DONT GET STUFFED UP that will play with your head real bad, Hugs to you both
