can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!hi i had a very strong pain in my back last night and could not straighten my back a fianly got my back straight and went to bed i then woke up during the night and could not feel my legs for about 10 mins i have now woken up now i can not move my neck up and down and can not bend my back or anything what can i do PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! :smt022

i cant even move that far to get in the bath i am so scared i dont know what else to do i think i might go to the hospital i am in that much pain do you and ike think i should????

yer pick up a phone and call some1 or if the worse come 2 worse then call 999 then they can give u pain killers. i really do hope ur ok and let us no what happens sendin u huge hugs xxx

i went on nhs 24 and answerd the yes no questions on that about back pain and they said phome 999 so i am goingt o do it

HI just had the paramedics out they said i may have torn a muscel in my back and i have diclofenac pain killers and if the pain is still bad in a few days i have to mke an appontment with my gp i am not allowed to lift skye much and bend over much not good like lol thank you everyone for your help hugs and kisses xxxxx

I'm no doctor but , I think something for pain , an antiinflamitory and a muscle relaxer like flexeril would work in 3 days . A torn muscle will be sensitive for months . Hope you get good medical care . Paul if you ever wonder if you should go to the hospital.........just go . Feel better friend .

Oh boy....take tranquilizers.........they may get a little edgy . Feel better . Light stretching in the morning , followed by a hot shower or bath will help . Do not bend and lift anything heavy .
