CAN'T SLEEPAs if this is anything new. It never stops driving me crazy though.
Whether it's because Im getting hit or not...I CAN'T STAND IT.

You and me both, IT SUCKS !! i took 15mg of melatonin last night at 3am just to get some sleep still awake at 5 and up at 9 4hrs is about the best i can hope for,

I ended up falling asleep a few hours after I got off line...I got hit once. And fortunately was able to go back to sleep and sleep well.
I hadn't slept good for awhile and not at all the night before last...so I made a cup of hot tea, put two warm, soft blankets over me and eventually feel asleep.
It always feels great to sleep and be well rested. Hope you get some good sleep.

It's worth more than money to me. Im not worth a damn when Im sleep-deprived. I can't figure anything out, Im super emotional, cry about anything and everything...and have no patience.
I thought of you yesterday at your photo shoot and prayed that you had gotten some decent rest, and werent feeling anything like I was.
Kids take alot of patience period. But, when trying to get them to do something you want them to...like stay still for a photograph, it takes monumental patience.
I know youll be good at it though. I think the wedding will be easier in that way because adults will work with you...

PLAYSTATION!!!!!! Mine has stopped me from going mad in the early hours  I sometimes can't sleep cos i'm almost afraid of it, its when he comes....

It doesnt really help but what it does do is, Keep me awake and alert all night long if need be for the days you want to escape sleep altogether

I should've kept my mouth shut. Sleep????? Ha. And I felt exhausted, but couldn't fall asleep...
It's now 5:30am....I finally got out of bed at 4am...I tried to go to sleep at 3am...
Maybe I'll be hitting on animals later today...
