hit 17Its now 7 43am had no sleep at all, used a whole bottle of o2 90mg steroids 3red bulls ice imigran x2 and pain killers x4.
Im F**k i can't take no more of this im sick of this **thingy** in my head. i just want to sleep cant fight with no sleep cant think with no sleep this has to be the worst 24hrs of ch ive ever had ive been hit on both sides in the last 24 hours and 2 k10's
Im just so beat  please just give me a break im done in.....

I am so sorry to hear you are having it tough Ike !  I wish I can take some of the hits for you, I really do.

got ice Phil seems to help a little, ive never been hit like this, both sides...
i know it will get better but i wish it would just bloody hurry up and do it

At 7:00, I got owned in a bad way. You know every time I get hit, to this very day, I swear that it's not going to end. I actually panic over that every single time.
Hang on Ike. Just hang on. You're closer to sleeping every minute that goes by.

Ike , I can't begin to imagine being hit on both sides . Wear ice packs on both sides as much as you can throughout the day . Icing prior to hits seems to help a little as well . Sherri , I agree , every hit feels like a first and I fear it will not end ..... Then it does and my panic goes away until the next crusher comes . I'm with you both ..........  :smt104

I like how you said to "wear" not "use" icepacks...  I can't help it, I have a visual that is so funny, you would have to laugh if you could see it.
