I started a new account...SherriBJohn did it for me, I tried so many times I was getting a headache.
It was one of those "Im going throw this computer out the window" episodes...
I tried to start a new account over and over...John comes over, sits down and has me in in about 2mins. 
Anyway just wanted to let you know...somehow I got knocked out.

Sorry you had to go through that not sure what went wrong, It said you entered the wrong password to many times, Ill change your password and it will be fixed. You new password is now sherri (make sure you change it once in)

Thanks I was going to tell you I wanted to change my password....so I type in sherri right now? I want to change it. Please tell me to the letter how. Thanks.

Ok at the top it 'Profile' Click that. Then the first line you will it will say your username just under that there is a line for password. It says
'curent password' New password and confirm password.
Put you old password in first box (sherri)
then what ever you want to be the new one in the next box
then retype it in the 3rd box.
At the bottom click submit.. Thats it should be done then next time you log in it will be the new password.

 Ignore PM...did what you said and it said it went through...Im going to logout and login again to make sure though...thank you Ike
