IS THERE LIFE ON MARS... BowieIke...who do you think Marilyn Manson took his lead from? If you look at this video, you'll have the answer.Bowie wasn't as "dark", but, definately a bad ass. A ground breaker. He had balls. At the time the dressed in the "Ziggy Stardust" persona, it was outrageous. Manson, is a modern day Bowie. Just with more violent lyrics, and alot darker...Bowie holds the crown. Check out his old stuff...when he first started...if you can find a good live version of "The Man Who Sold the World"...youll see what I mean...he was wild. Im a huge fan, if you can't tell...his "Hunky Dory" album is great...my favorite, which is what this song is from.
