LithiumLithium with verapamil is considered the gold standard for chronic. Some people have very good result with it. Some dont.
It didnt help Daniel and it gave him really bad tremors, bad enough that he couldnt hold the pen or the folk properly so he had to stop.
What is your experience with Lithium ?

i was on both lithium and verapamil
i didnt find that lithium really helped and i felt so out of it it was unbearable, almost crashed the car more than once, just wasn't good for me at all. and i cant say that it helped too much it was starting too but the side effects were out of control.
verapamil on its own i feel made my ch worse because it made them so all over the place i used to be as regular as a clock but when on that the hits came anytime day or night and at the time i found that much harder to cope with so unpredictable. Im still that way now but nights are the worst
Both together was just a joke.
I heard many people say that its there silver bullet, not for me though but im happy to try anything once, twice
