PF... ?Hello folks,
So I've had food poisoning and been sick since Tues, but I've had no headaches thank goodness. Not even so much as a whiff of a shadow.
Am I just extremely fortunate (don't think I could have coped with sickness AND beast) or is there some medical explanation for it?
Anyway, 6 days and counting.

When things like this happen we all try to find an explaination so that we hopefully can apply it once more in the future. My wild guess would be your body released some extra stress hormone like cortisone to deal with the other sickness and it helps switched off CH. Many people have reported getting a cold or a flu during a cycle can bring relief to their CH. But its still just a wild guess and reality is who cares why or how ... PF is FANTASTIC !
