I have downloaded java for the fourth time...downloading again...no word "chat" or profile has ever come up....

AAAAAHHHH :smt022 It got too hard for me too. I don't know how to explain either Ike.
All I can say is it will say "dowload successful", and that's it. I clicked on this and that...we need skype, which I will have very soon, so you can talk me though it.
Im sure it's me. Never doubted that, trust me. I just cannot seem to get it right. I have the java emblem at the top of my screen next to google...so how that happened I don't understand either. We'll get it.
