Updated and sleepless in New JerseyI spoke with Ike and Sherri on Sunday . I love to hear their voices . I'm good . Between trigger point injections and alternative medicines I am pain free . Tuesday evening slept 4 hrs , then another 4 hrs Wednesday morning . Still no pain , a little tightness with all this rain .It's to be expected from a body about to morph fins , gills and a tail ...................rain continues , life raft prepared !  and for Sherri icon_jokercolor.gif

Pain free still , but the no sleep blues . I think I'll get my day moving as the sun rises. Don't know what my sleeplessness has enstore for me today or how I will react throughout the day . I guess I'll be good . I've been awake too long to sit and wait for the day to come to me . I think I'll chase it early today !
