Hi all and thanks for friendly welcome.
I grew up in South Africa and moved to England 11 years ago at which time I was properly diagnosed - for 5 years prior to that was investigated and treated for every ENT and dental problem known to man.
I am fortunately episodic and my remission period between cycles seems to be on the increase - used to be annually but last 2 have had break of 3 year intervals....here's hoping the trend continues. Cycles are usually 6-7 weeks. However still devastating when in cycle - could not begin to imagine being chronic.
Use O2 and Imigran/trex.
Ike - you're the man! Thanks for all your support during my last cycle despite everything happening in your life at the time.
If there's anything I can do to help with the site or whatever please shout.

Ray its good to see you posting. Im glad your breaks are long i really hope they stay that way and in the end die out altogether. Im glad i managed to give you some kind of Support while you were in cycle im just glad your not in cycle anymore.
