Spring /summer is normally a bit of a better time for me but the last few weeks have been much more of a mess than normal... night and morning hits on the left day hits on the right !! what the hell is that about ! 2hr shadows are driving me crazy. loosing my F**k mind right now............

Hoping he leaves you the hell alone soon. Take it easy between hits and make sure you recharge your batteries. You are way stronger than him. You know it and so do we. Keep fighting.

I am sorry that your head is giving you such problems.. I hate it for you!

It does throw you off when the CH changes in anyway, it is like we get too used to it and then anything beyond "normal" is worse. That does not make sense but I know what I mean!  

I hope that it eases off some real soon. Here are some hugs to help ya out.. I do love these hugs!

Have you tried the 4 ways nasal sprays for shadows ? Some have had good effect with them.

Its an antihistamine nasal spray usually used for sinus congestion. In the US its called 4 ways, in Australia its called Beconase or Rhinocort. Many people on the ch.org have tried it for shadows and it works well for them.

Maybe its worth a try ?
