Hey Mark

Good to have you on the site. Can i ask though are you on any meds ? And whats have you tried ?
We have all been through lots of meds between us and some of them work very well for some and not so well with others, So maybe we could give you some pointers. O2 is fantastic for me and can on a good day abort a hit in 10mins... So well worth talking to you doc about.

There is lots i could spill to you but it would be easier if you let me know what your on and have tried so  dont say things you have already tried.

Your not alone with this, we will do everything we can to help you.

We all understand the pain you go through we all feel it too.

All the best Ike (normally on the admin username)

Welcome Mark!

Tell us a bit more about you. What meds do you take? What's worked, what's not? What support do you have?

Like Ike said, everyone here uses different stuff so we will be able to hopefully help you out or give you some pointers once we know a little more!

Em
